Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Term
   
• The DoGoods subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Available to customers aged 18+ with a Swiss shipping address.
2. Payment
   
• Customers may choose between Annual payment (CHF 500 upfront) or Monthly payment (CHF 45/month, total CHF 540/year).
• Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, TWINT, PostFinance, Apple Pay.
• Prices include Swiss VAT.
• Payments are processed automatically via the selected payment method.
3. Deliveries
   
• Each subscription includes 10 t-shirts per year.
• Annual dispatch ships within 3–5 business days after signup/renewal.
• Monthly dispatch ships on or around the 5th of each month.
• Delivery within Switzerland is free of charge.
4. Product Selection & Swaps
   
• Subscribers can choose from seasonal collections, sizes, and available colors.
• Occasional swaps within the same value range are possible, subject to stock and size availability (max 2 per year).
• Availability of specific styles or colors is not guaranteed.
5. Exchanges
   
• One free size exchange within 14 days of delivery (unworn, with original tags, Switzerland only).
6. Renewals
   
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the 12-month period.
• Customers will be notified prior to renewal.
• To cancel renewal, subscribers must notify DoGoods in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
   
• Customers may cancel within 14 days of purchase if no deliveries have been made.
• After the first delivery, subscriptions are binding for the full 12-month term.
• Refunds are not issued for partially used subscriptions.
8. Changes to Subscription
   
• Customers may update delivery addresses, sizes, or preferences through their account portal.
• DoGoods reserves the right to adjust seasonal product offerings.
9. Liability
   
• DoGoods is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.
10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
